Dashing Through the Snow!

Yesterday we went tobogganing. It was great! We thought we'd better take advantage of the snow while it's still on the ground. Mike's parents kept their Simpson Sears Fury toboggan. It's a wooden classic - a four seater with padding! We had so much fun. At the end, Madeleine got brave enough to go by herself. It was so funny to see her little body whizzing down the hill. On her last run she picked up enough speed to go over a second hill and into the bush. It was a little alarming at first until we saw her laughing and runnning back up the slope. She can't wait until her show and tell on Monday. She wants to tell her classmates all about it!
