The Movie Maker

Well, the reason I haven't been blogging lately is because I'm making a movie!! I had so much fun this week trimming clips, making title pages and fussing with audio. You see, after the Children's Ministry Conference I was dreaming about making a little movie for Mother's Day at church. When we got our digital video camera and some great software, this became a reality. Well, let me tell you, movie making is time consuming. I'm so behind on laundry and general housecleaning because I've been using every spare minute to adjust minor details on this 5 minute clip! I'm happy to say it's all done and it's really cool. I interviewed the kids about their moms and sequenced it all together. I'm very proud of myself. It's kind of addictive when you see what can be done. The question is, how will I ever have time to scrapbbook, stamp, cook with all my new Pampered Chef stuff and make movies???? Oh yeah, I also have this little teaching job on the side!!! And...I just realized I need to get cracking on a cool craft for Mother's Day....on second thought, maybe the video is gift enough.

I'd be embarassed for anyone to see the state of my house right now, so I'd better get back to reality. Could someone send over "Molly Maid"? That's my wish for Mother's Day!!
