OK....what's with this weather? The one day of sun followed by four days of rain is getting really old. I don't mind rain...hey, I live here.....how could I hate rain? I have learned to live with it through the winter months and into the spring. I really do expect my summer to be dry though. We haven't been to the water park once....haven't used our sprinkler once......haven't even been to the beach! Our summer is pretty short, but I love the clear sunny days and warm nights. I look forward to it all year. July has been a washout so far, so I'm really hoping for some great weather before the school year starts up again.
Sure, everything is lovely and green, but I'm ready for some brown grass and hot pavement!
