Future Teacher

With some overlap in looking after kids today, I ended up with 5 at one point. I peeked in to see how they were doing. I was surprised to see them all sitting cross legged on the floor, hands folded, looking up at Maddie who was "holding court". The youngest being 2 and the oldest 6.....when I closed the door and listened I chuckled to hear Maddie saying, "Now, thank you to those not wiggling and jiggling. I like how the older children are setting a good example...." I had to laugh when she came out of the room and said, "It's pretty hard teaching toddlers, mom."
