My goal this year is to really shift the focus from "getting" to "giving" with the girls. I'm determined to scale back on my buying for them and do more giving to family, the community and the world at large. We are working on some neat Christmas cards that the girls hope to sell to raise money to buy a family in a Third World Country a goat. They drew some great Christmas/Winter drawings and I scanned them and had them printed up at Costco. This week, I'm hoping we can get them matted and mounted on some cards. With all the materialism that abounds this time of year, it's very hard not to get sucked into it all.

The girls have been working on a secret project. Apparently, it's a gift for me. Anyhow, it involved a lot of lotions and perfumes and time spent behind a closed door in the bathroom. Yesterday they wanted a funnel, so I'm not sure what that's all about. When I snuck a peek, this is what I saw....

Are you frightened? Haha! You'll have to let us know WHAT it is!
Love the sign on the door. Cute!
That is so sweet that they did that for you! Awww! Hang on... is that Disney Princess bubble bath? We have that! haha! Well, I'm hoping for your sake that you don't get a reaction from mixing all of those different things together! On the other hand, you'll probably smell like a beauty spa! haha!
