The red carpet!
Chelsea was picked in a random draw this year to be a Flower Girl for the May Day festivities. It required a lot of driving to practices and organizing schedules, but it culminated last night in a special dinner and seeing her perform a dance in the opening ceremonies. Next week she will get to ride the float in the parade. It was a fun evening. I think it's something she will always remember. Unfortunately, the lighting in the arena was really poor for taking photos, so we have great video, but lousy photos. Hopefully we'll get better photos on parade day.
