Lately....

...I've been....

• having my annual back to school crazy dreams....only this year they also include Maddie and Chelsea's school!
• enjoying my time off with Mike. Last night the girls slept over at Grandma and Grandpa's so we went out to supper and had a nice stroll
• enjoying my last few weeks of summmer
• starting to think about the fall and my new teaching schedule and getting excited about organizing our classroom and planning lessons.
• having fun painting and redecorating Maddie's room......feeling thankful for my husband who is so patient and persisitent with my projects and ideas.
• looking forward to being at church again and actually listening to Pastor Doug's sermons. I'm phasing out of kids church and am feeling good about that decision. I'm excited about what God will teach me this fall and am looking forward to Sunday as a more worshipful day for me.
• worrying about how working more will affect our family
• thinking that working more will force us all into more routine and structure, which isn't a bad thing at all. I think I actually do better when my time is more scheduled.
• feeling thankful forthe family, both close and extended, that God has blessed me with.
• feeling thankful for friends, old and new, who keep me grounded and make me laugh
