Maddie was home yesterday morning from school to take her Royal Conservatory exam. I asked her what she did while she was waiting. "Oh", she said, "Dad was working on his laptop, so I made up a Charter of Rights and Freedoms for our family." She's been studying government in school so I guess she was inspired. When I was getting her laundry this morning, I saw it on her desk....

I always forget to give her allowance, so I think that's where the 6 month clause is coming from! She'll also need a spell checker before she publishes any legal and binding documents.
